Are you returning an unwanted item?

 We understand, things change, sometimes our purchases don't work, and you want your money back. Or perhaps you had a change in mind with the colours and want to do an exchange. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition; we accept returns, subject to the rules by PNM

All sale items items non-exchangeable, non-returnable & non-refundable.  purchased using discount code with any 10% promo code are allowed for exchanges and refund BUT any other items purchased with credits OR other promo codes with discounts more than 10% are strictly not allowed for  non-returnable.In the event where your item does not fit we'll be happy to do an exchange of size if the wanted item is still in stock. However, shipping of additional $3.00 will be borne by the buyer

 Here are some of the rules, we try to keep them short,

If you return an item requesting a refund/exchange must be returned within 30 days from the day . We'll give you refund by way of the original payment method , or we'll also offer an exchange for one of our products. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. And an admin fee of SGD$4 is chargeable(per item).

To make a return, please contact us within 3 working days from when you receive your parcel.

 All returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags. 

 We understand that you would want to try It outside of our stores but if an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition. We won't be able to give you a refund, and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

Please note that pierced all the accessories ( including earring)are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

After that?

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Proof of postage

Please ensure that you get proof of postage as the parcel will be your responsibility until it reaches our office.
